In accordance with WVU Board of Governors (BOG) Governance Rule 1.4 – Ethics, Conflict of Interest and Outside Consulting, all University faculty and non-classified staff must complete an annual disclosure form detailing their outside consulting arrangements undertaken during the past fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
If you engaged in an outside consulting arrangement (as defined in BOG Governance Rule 1.4) and haven’t yet completed your annual disclosure form, be sure to submit your completed form prior to the Aug. 31 deadline. Completed forms should be submitted to your dean, vice president or their designee.
