Faculty, staff and students cannot change passwords or unlock accounts at login.wvu.edu every Sunday between 12:01 a.m. and 1 p.m., the regularly scheduled maintenance period for many critical systems. You can still print Duo backup codes, look up your WVUID number and change the recovery information for your Login account during this time.
The recent upgrade of the Login site has changed the way you will update your password if you haven’t done so since July 1. To avoid seeing an error message, you must select Claim Account and follow the instructions. The process only takes a few minutes, and your new password will be good for one year.
