The Office of Undergraduate Research would like to thank the WVU community for its support of the 2019 Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium: faculty members and graduate students who served as judges, faculty and staff who attended the July 25 event and faculty members who mentored the 117 undergraduate students in summer research.
Undergraduate presenters were from 20+ different institutions, including WVU. They presented research from wide-ranging fields, from art and animal science to economics and engineering and mathematics and painting. The yearly symposium is the culminating event for WVU-based summer programming such as the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience Site.
