Campus Rec to host new summer outdoor running program

Take your fitness goals and your running game to the next level this summer with expert and personalized coaching at Campus Rec's new Outdoor Running Program. This six-week class will take place July 9 - Aug. 16 and will consist of speed work on the outdoor gravel track, cross training with intervals and body weight exercises and working with similarly-paced peer for endurance training.
