All WVU faculty, staff and students will be required to swipe their Mountaineer Cards to gain access to ride the PRT beginning 6:30 a.m. Monday (April 15). Passengers will be required to swipe their WVU ID at the station entry gates, make their destination selection to gain access to the platform and ride the PRT.
The coin payment option will be available for all other riders who do not have valid Mountaineer Cards. Exact change of 50 cents in any combination of nickels, dimes or quarters, will be accepted at the furthest right entry gate at every station. No change will be issued.
Riders who require assistance should pick up the station phone adjacent to the entry gates to speak with PRT personnel.
