Supervisor Solutions: Building Trust While Motivating Your Team

Inside the WVU Mountainlair.

The quality of your team’s performance is in direct proportion to their motivation and morale. Low morale? Low productivity. High morale? High productivity. It’s really that simple.

In addition to low productivity, low morale causes poor working relationships, poor use of resources, poor health, stress, and many other issues. It’s truly a workplace epidemic.

Our Leading Through Change workshop held from 8 a.m. to noon March 5 in the Rhododendren Room at the Mountainlair will give you the tools you need to help your team overcome obstacles and optimize their morale, regardless of the workplace challenges, concerns, and frustrations they face.
