Techniques and strategies to improve your confidence will be discussed in the Mountainlair Laurel Room from 7 -8 p.m. tomorrow  (March 1).

Everyone’s confidence spikes up and drops–it’s normal. We always hear that confidence is associated with success and that we need to be confident in order to see positive results. Attend this workshop to better understand what confidence is and learn about 10 common myths we often associate with confidence.
