The Center for Service and Learning, in association with WVU Career Services, will host a panel discussion on Professionals in Community Engagement Friday (March 1) from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. in the Mountainlair Greenbrier Room. Refreshments will be providers.
Panelists will engage students, faculty and staff in conversation about how and why they became "community-engaged professionals." Participants include Kelly Nix, Chambers College of Business and Economics; Bailee Miller, board chair of Girls on the Run; Laura Rye, MVB Bank; Ryan Wallace, Morgantown City Council; and Tia Lasporgara, executive director of The Shack Neighborhood House.
