WVU’s Upward Feedback process will continue through Jan. 27

As a reminder, the deadline to participate in WVU’s Upward Feedback process is Sunday (Jan. 27) at 8 p.m.

If you haven’t already completed the questionnaire, look for an invitation to participate from Employee Relations in your WVU email inbox. The Upward Feedback process is open to all WVU staff employees across all campuses.

The questionnaire includes 12 total questions and will take approximately five minutes to complete. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, the questionnaire uses a six-point Likert scale rating for each response (i.e., there are no open-ended questions).

We will share the aggregate results of the Upward Feedback process later this spring. Under no circumstances will names or other identifying information be associated with the results. Further, supervisors will not receive information about who completed the questionnaire.
