To help you quickly find answers to technology questions, the landing page at it.wvu.edu/help now highlights resources for some of the most common issues that come to Information Technology Services. Links on the left point to tools that can help with Login, Duo two-factor authentication, eCampus, Office 365 and printing.
To find answers on your own, use the search box at the top of the page or browse a wide range of categories in the Knowledge Base. You’ll find how-to guides, training resources, troubleshooting tips, answers to Frequently Asked Questions and more.
Use the Service Catalog to identify the specific system or service you need help with. Once you find the appropriate page, submit a ticket to receive help. Identifying the service at the start can speed up processing of your ticket and get your issue resolved faster.
Find something you think you’ll need again or want to track the work on your ticket? If you’ve entered your Login credentials, you can click “Add to Favorites” on the right side of the page. The next time you sign in, your submitted tickets will appear at the top of the page, and your favorite services appear in the bottom left.
To know when an ITS-supported system or service will be unavailable, view Scheduled Maintenance. To see if something is down, click “Check for Outages.” For the fastest updates on problems or monthly tips, monitor @WVUITServices or “like” WVU Information Technology on Facebook.
