Academic Policy changes finalized

Multiple discussions about revised academic policies going into effect for the academic year 2019-20 were discussed over the fall 2018 semester. These WVU Academic Policy Changes are now finalized and will be going into place starting in fall 2019.  

See some of the main areas that we expect may have more far reaching impacts.

Take the time to review and understand these changes so we are all informed and best able to guide our students.  As each student’s situation is unique, we will be sharing these same changes with students next week via UNews so they are aware as they plan ahead to avoid any impacts on time-to-degree, financial aid, and/or degree path. These, along with all other academic policies, will also be reflected in the WVU Catalog moving forward.
