Faculty are encouraged to apply to mentor undergraduates in scholarly activity via the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience program and to inform their undergraduates that SURE applications are now open (Mar. 1 application deadline). SURE is a paid undergraduate research experience for students interested in graduate school and research/creative work within their discipline or a related discipline. 2019 SURE program dates are May 28-July 26.
