New Common Rule informed consent templates now available

New Common Rule consent templates are now available on the IRB website. These new consent templates include:

• Minimal Risk – with/without HIPAA (Expedited and Exempt)

• More than Minimal Risk – with/without HIPAA (Full Board)

• Repository Consent (Tissue Bank)

Use these immediately for all new studies.
