PEIA will terminate its contract with Humana Go365, effective April 30, 2018. Policyholders who earned Go365 bucks during the program’s “soft launch” period may continue to redeem their bucks in the Go365 Mall through 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2018.

West Virginians 18 years or older can now apply for paid positions as AmeriCorps members for the award-winning West Virginia University Extension Service Energy Express program. The annual initiative is an eight-week reading and nutrition program offered in rural and low-income West Virginia communities.

Melissa Morris, a teaching associate professor and academic advisor for Fundamentals of Engineering, has been named a recipient of the North Central Section Outstanding Teaching Award from the American Society of Engineering Education.
The School of Music will honor the life of beloved professor emeritus James Benner with a memorial concert on April 5. Benner passed away in November 2017 at the age of 92. He taught at WVU from 1967 – 85.
