New service request form will replace MAP, Data Miner and TMA forms

To make it easier to find data you need when you need it, Information Technology Services has created a consolidated Business Information Service Request form. Request assistance with MAP, Data Miner, TMA and MAP network printers all in one place.

The new service form has absorbed these requests:

• MAP Account or Access

• MAP General Help

• Data Miner Access

• Network Printer in MAP

• Default Printer in MAP

• TMA Assistance

Old forms will be decommissioned Jan. 21, and all references to them will be removed. MAP training resources will move to the Knowledge Base at it.wvu.edu/help.
