Study Abroad Opportunity to Tuscany, Italy for Aspiring Health Professionals

All health and health related majors are encouraged to apply for this study abroad to explore Culinary Italy and learn about the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle's benefits on health. This hands-on, immersive experience will feature culinary lessons, wine-tastings, olive oil, cheese, and pasta production tours, beekeeping and more. This study abroad is from June 9-21. In preparation for departure, students will enroll in a three-credit online course for the Spring 2019 semester that teaches on the principles of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyles in preventing and treating chronic disease. Deadline to apply is Dec. 16.
