The WVU Choir program will host a celebration of the season at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Creative Arts Center.
The concert will feature WVU’s Chamber Singers, Women’s Choir and Men’s Choir and the West Virginia Community Choir will also perform.
The program will feature holiday classics like Jingle Bells, Deck the Hall and Joy to the World. Other highlights include “Riu, Riu, Chiu” and “Gloucestershire Wassail.”
The Winter Gala is part of the College of Creative Arts Curiosity Series, a sampling of the diverse art events that happen in the college each year. These events feature students, faculty and internationally acclaimed guest artists hosted by the School of Art & Design, School of Music and School of Theatre & Dance. Exhibitions at the Art Museum of WVU feature artists from West Virginia and around the world.
