Elizabeth Oppe of the Reed College of Media will present about how she purposefully linked service-learning between her courses at different levels. She is researching the effect on students, especially to determine if the service-learning experience of upperclassmen is enhanced if those students are involved in this specific experience earlier in their educational path. Join us Thursday (Nov. 29) from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the Blackwater Room at the Mountainlair to learn from her experience and consider how you may apply this technique in your own teaching.
