Science on Tap is a monthly event sponsored by IGERT REN program and by the Center for Excellence in STEM Education, with the goal of bringing local, relevant science news to the general public. Science on Tap presentations do not require advanced science training to understand and – unlike traditional science lectures – take place in a casual environment where the community can rub elbows with the distinguished speakers.
