The Health Sciences Innovation Center will host its second Lunch and Learn of the semester titled: “Working with corporate collaborators; confidentiality, intellectual property and protecting your rights.” In the Oct. 16 session from noon to 1 p.m. in Erma Byrd 201, the HSIC will be going over some of the typical issues researchers and clinicians face when establishing corporate collaborations. Topics such as how to navigate intellectual property ownership, material transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements will be discussed. Bring your questions. Lunch will be provided on a first-come first-served basis.
