Volunteers will meet at the student recreation center Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. then travel to the Star City Park, hop in canoes, and paddle along the Mon River to clean up the trash that has been littered in the river. An Adventure WV student leader will be present to help clean up and teach some canoe paddling skills. Afterwards the crew will head to Terra Café and enjoy delicious treats.
