Join researchers and students from WVU for the annual Organic Field Day from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 25.

Hosted by the WVU Organic Research Farm, a multidisciplinary project from the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design and WVU Extension Service, the Organic Field Day is an annual event that helps illustrate the latest research in organic production methods through intensive workshops and walking tours of research plots.

This year’s program will include presentations on industrial hemp varieties, organic management practices for sheep health, evaluation of organic vegetable varieties, and the nutritional differences in organic and conventional food.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information and to register, visit our website.
