PCard holders to begin reconciling card expenses via MyExpenses system

As previously shared, the WVU Procurement Contracting and Payment Services team is issuing new U.S. Bank PCards to current cardholders across the University. And as part of this changeover, cardholders no longer will reconcile PCard expenses through their Expert Business Office via a paper-based process.

Once cardholders receive and activate their U.S. Bank PCards, they must reconcile any new card expenses via the MyExpenses system.
