The brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Pi Mu Chapter, will host the "Inaugural Black Excellence Academic Celebration." The celebration will take place tomorrow (Feb. 21) at 7 p.m. in the Shenandoah Room of the Mountainlair. During this program the Brothers of the Pi Mu Chapter will honor high-achieving WVU Black freshman and sophomores who excelled in the classroom during the fall semester. They believe this program will be a great step in improving the student life of African-American students here on campus. It is important to let these young students know that they notice their hard work and that they matter here on campus. Those students interested in attending should RSVP at the link provided.
