Later this week, the Division of Talent and Culture plans to launch an updated website as well as a new WVU Careers site.

The overhauled Talent and Culture site, which will be located at http://talentandculture.wvu.edu/, has been streamlined and its navigation simplified to help faculty and staff get to the information they need faster.

One of the site’s best features is a new Policies, Forms and Resources section, where faculty and staff can find a comprehensive list of HR policies and their related forms. There also is a section of the site that focuses on helping recent hires get off to a great start during their first days with WVU.

Note: While links to forms and other content from the previous Talent and Culture site should redirect to the new site automatically, we recommend updating any bookmarks for the old site to their new locations once the updated site goes live.

The new WVU Careers site, which will be located at http://careers.wvu.edu/, focuses on introducing job seekers to WVU, our mission and how we are making a difference across West Virginia communities and beyond.

As part of the WVU Careers site’s launch, we also are introducing a new WVU Talent Network, which will serve as an online tool to better connect the University to people who are interested in working here.

When someone signs up for the WVU Talent Network, they will receive job alerts and occasional updates about what’s happening across the WVU system. Be sure to check out the WVU Talent Network and share it with your family, friends and colleagues when the new WVU Careers site launches.

“We’re really excited about the launch of these websites and the WVU Talent Network,” said Cris DeBord, vice president of Talent and Culture. “These projects are just a few examples of how the Talent and Culture team is working to bring WVU’s core value of Service to life by creating a better online experience for current and prospective faculty and staff.”
