For many years, West Virginia University employees have requested a Dependent Undergraduate Tuition Assistance Program. West Virginia University is pleased to announce that a plan will be offered in Fall 2018.
A team is working with key partners across the University system to define the benefit, eligibility requirements and administrative processes. The University remains committed to being an accessible and affordable institution – especially for its employees. This new system-wide benefit will be implemented in the Fall 2018 semester.
The West Virginia University Health System is also announcing a Dependent Tuition benefit to its employees. The University’s plan will not duplicate the Health System’s plan. There will be differences in the two benefits. However, discussions are still being held with constituent groups to best build the benefit.
