Health Sciences Innovation Center and the WVU Women’s Business Center will host the next Lunch and Learn session on Jan. 9 at noon in the WVCTSI conference room (room G150) in the WVU Erma Byrd Biomedical Research Building. Terry Kramer, founding director and patent lawyer with KramerAmado, will present “Intellectual Property – Making the Most of Working with Outside Counsel.” This presentation will focus on facilitating the working relationship between a legal firm and researcher looking to protect intellectual property, and the patent application process.
