REMINDER: Login.wvu.edu will be down briefly tonight (Jan. 2) for upgrades

The WVU Login self-service site will be down 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. today (Jan. 2) for changes that will let employees begin enrolling in two-factor authentication before it becomes mandatory during the spring semester. During this upgrade, you won’t be able to change passwords or check the status of your account.

The Login site will look and feel different when the work is complete. A new “My Login” button replaces the “Check Account Status” button that currently lets you see when your password expires.

The “My Login” button also allows you to enable two-factor protection in about two minutes. Download the free Duo Mobile app to get started, then click “My Login” and follow the instructions. You’ll find detailed instructions, and a helpful FAQ and more at twofactor.wvu.edu.

Please direct any questions to ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu or call the ITS Service Desk at 304.293.4444.
