Science on tap - Dr. Dustin Crandall to speak on "Advanced Imaging to Understand Fluid Flow"

The Science on Tap talk titled “Advanced Imaging to Understand Fluid Flow in Rocks” will be presented  at 7 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 13) by Dustin Crandall of the National Energy Technology Laboratory. Organized by the IGERT REN@WVU Program, SOT is a series of science talks hosted at the Morgantown Brewing Company. Unlike the traditional sit and listen lecture setup, these talks happen in a casual environment where hosted speakers rub elbows with the community.

Crandall obtained his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.  He was awarded a prestigious two-year National Research Council fellowship upon graduation andl is currently conducting research at the National Energy Technology Laboratory with a focus on fracture and multiphase flow.
