The first meeting of the newly-founded Filipino Student Association will be Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. in Hatfield's B in the Mountainlair. The Filipino Student Association is open to all students interested Filipino culture, customs, and traditions and seeks to foster an inclusive environment for Filipino students, Filipino-American students, Asian and Asian-American students, and any student of any background who wishes to help build a welcoming community for Filipino students. Authentic Filipino food will be provided.
