Join the Slavic and East European Studies program Nov. 13, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in B51 White Hall for an evening celebrating revolutionary, challenging musical pieces composed by Sergei Prokof'ev and Rheinhold Gliere, performed by Mikylah McTeer and Diego Gabete. Associate Provost C.B. Wilson will offer context for the pieces performed in this intimate concert that includes Gliere's "Duos for Two Violins," Op. 49, and Prokof'ev's "Sonata for Solo Violin in D Major," Op. 115. This wonderful event is free and open to the public--don't miss this opportunity to hear two maestros perform two exciting pieces.
