In the first week of November, the Research Corporation will transition to exclusively using the WVUHire platform for recruiting services.
WVUHire is an online job application system used across WVU for all faculty, staff and temporary positions. WVUHire will replace the WVURC’s UltiPro system for hiring activity; however, UltiPro still will be used for payroll processes.
WVUHire offers several features to streamline the hiring process. It provides hiring managers the ability to create requisitions, work with their recruiter on ads and view a real-time list of applicants all from a single platform.
Additional details will be shared with WVURC employees in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, WVU Talent and Culture is offering employees training on the WVUHire system. If you are interested, please fill out the WVUHire Training Request form. Based on need, we will offer either group or individual training sessions.
