Timeline extension announced for performance review process

The performance review process has been given a one week extension to assist supervisors in completing reviews. All first level supervisors will now have until August 25 to complete reviews before the review tool closes. Each subsequent deadline has been extended as indicated by the updated timeline below:

Aug. 25 - All first level supervisor reviews are to be completed; review tool closes.

Aug. 28 - Sept. 8 - Second level supervisors review the performance evaluation, sign or return the reviews to the first level supervisors for modifications.

Sept. 11 - All reviews are locked for editing; Employee Relations compiles analytical data for executive level review.

Sept. 15 -  Employee Relations provides analytic reports to VP/Dean levels for review and approval and/or modifications.

Sept. 29 - VP/Deans complete their review process and authorize distribution and communication of reviews.

Oct. 2 - Oct. 27 - Supervisors conduct employee review meetings; allow 10 business days for employees to review and provide comments.

Nov. 10 - Final employee comment period closes.

Nov. 17 - All reviews are considered final.
