Commencement Weekend kicks off today

President Michael T. Benson will lead his first May Commencement while celebrating thousands of graduates during nine Commencement ceremonies today (May 15) through Sunday (May 17) at the Hope Coliseum.

Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Paul Kreider, Chancellor and Executive Dean for Health Sciences Dr. Clay Marsh and other University leaders will also address graduates.

The Commencement schedule is as follows: 

Friday (May 15)
College of Law, 9 a.m.
Watch the ceremony. 

School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy and School of Public Health, noon
Watch the ceremony.

School of Medicine, 4 p.m.
Watch the ceremony.

Saturday (May 16)
College of Creative Arts and Media, 9 a.m.

Davis College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, 12:30 p.m.

John Chambers College of Business and Economics, 4 p.m.

Sunday (May 17)
College of Applied Human Sciences, 9 a.m.
