The IRB Module in the WVU Research Administration Portal has been live for four weeks, and your feedback and participation have been essential to a smooth rollout.

Thank you to the WVU research community for your engagement, patience and collaboration throughout this transition.

As you continue working in the new system, the Office of Human Research Protections remains committed to helping you navigate the new requirements.

Note the following support options:

     • View training options. These materials are essential for understanding updated processes and workflows. They include self-paced materials and five recorded training sessions.

     • Review the Investigator Manual. This is an in‑depth guide designed to support researchers in preparing and submitting human subject research protocols.

     • Review the Migrated Studies FAQ. Migrated studies have specific requirements; limit revisions by reviewing this material before working on these in WRAP.

     • Visit the IRB Transition to WRAP page. This covers key considerations for navigating the change from WVU+kc to the WRAP IRB Module.

     • Ensure your CITI Training will display in WRAP. This guide provides the basics for getting your Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative training to display in WRAP.
