Faculty are encouraged to share their work and insight at the 2026 annual conference, Changing Lives and Improving Society: Data-Driven Engagement and Innovation, slated for Oct. 7-8 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
WVU is a member institution of the Engagement Scholarship Consortium, and the Division for Land-Grant Engagement encourages those across the University to highlight their community engaged scholarly work.
The ESC conference welcomes proposals that explore how engaged scholarship transforms communities, drives innovation, and builds lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships to tackle society’s grand challenges through deep, pervasive and integrated initiatives with local, regional, national and global communities.
For questions, contact Kristi Wood-Turner, assistant dean and director of the Center for Community Engagement, at kwood@mail.wvu.edu.
