The WVU Research Administration Portal will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, until 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, during a major system upgrade that will result in a variety of enhancements and bug fixes in the Grants, Agreements and Conflict of Interest modules.
Accessibility enhancements will let researchers use screen readers for the workflow map on Agreement records.
After the module updates:
Researchers will notice they can assign a deadline and add ancillary reviews when creating Continuations.
JIT will be renamed Post-Submission Updates.
Researchers will be able to add required certifiers (co-investigators).
The Research Office will be able to reinstate proposals to Pending Sponsor Review if designated as not funded, award anticipated, award notification received or withdrawn from sponsor.
