The Environmental Health and Safety team has transitioned its Employee Injury/Incident Report form online to streamline processes and provide a more accessible system.
The digital reporting form is easier to use and encourages earlier reporting of incidents. This change will also help ensure faster response times and better tracking of workplace safety concerns.
The new reporting system is accessible by phone or computer and allows reports to be submitted directly to both EHS and Risk Management.
It is critical that employees submit a report within 24 hours of the injury and/or incident.
Previously, employees completed a fillable PDF or printed form and submitted it by email to the EHS account.
