Researcher seeking expectant and new moms to test a tummy time app from home

baby on stomach

Expectant and new moms are invited to join a fully remote study tracking infant tummy time.

Your baby is eligible if they were born at or after 37 weeks, are currently 4 to 6 weeks old, and you live within 15 miles of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Your baby will wear a soft, sensor-equipped onesie for two days at 1, 2 and 4 months of age while you try out our tummy time app. Materials will be delivered directly to your home, and you will complete short surveys at each stage, plus a brief phone survey when your baby turns one.

You will receive a $25 gift card for each stage you complete with up to $100 total for full participation.

This study has been approved by the West Virginia University Institutional Review Board.
