To provide support to state residents after flash flooding this past weekend, WVU Land-Grant and Community Outreach — part of Government Relations — will collect donations of cleaning supplies Wednesday (June 18) in the Coliseum parking lot.
Members of the University community can drop off donations from 7:30 a.m. through 6 p.m. or until the truck is full.
On Thursday (June 19), the donated cleaning supplies will be delivered to the Wheeling area by student and staff volunteers who will be assisting with clean-up efforts.
A separate group will be supporting flood recovery efforts in Marion County Thursday as well.
