Attend demonstration on new central invoicing program

Many colleges and units have shared the need for a more efficient way to invoice external vendors for goods and services provided by WVU or WVURC — as well as a better system for tracking outstanding invoices and payments.

While a long-term solution is on the horizon with the transition to Workday, we’re excited to offer an immediate option.

In response to these needs, the WVU Shared Services Accounts Receivable team, in partnership with the Modernization Team, has launched a new Central Invoicing Program.

After a successful pilot with four units and their enthusiastic feedback, we’re thrilled to roll it out University-wide.

This new program includes the following :

     1. Standardized, branded invoices for both WVU and WVURC.

     2. A tool for tracking outstanding invoices.

     3. Revenue forecasting capabilities.

     4. Assurance that payments are correctly applied to the appropriate funding.

To help you get started, the WVU Shared Services Accounts Receivable team will host live demonstrations at noon and 4 p.m Wednesday (April 23) on Zoom.
