New managers or people leaders who are looking to sharpen their supervisor skills are invited to a four-part, virtual series beginning with the “Strengths-Based Leadership Part 1” session from noon to 1 p.m. April 10 on Zoom.
Participants will work with team members from the WVU Purpose Center and Leadership and Organizational Development to learn about their top five CliftonStrengths and how to leverage them as a leader.
"Strengths Based Leadership Part 2" will be held on April 17, “Needs of Followers” will be held May 1 and “Strengths-Based Feedback and Appreciation” is set for May 8.
The pod is limited to the first 20 staff members who register. By registering, you are committing to attend all three sessions.
