The Division of Talent and Culture reminds employees with dependents interested in the 2025-26 academic year Dependent Education Scholarship to apply regardless of being previously awarded, as a new application is required each academic year.
Summer applications are due by April 1.
Students may not receive the scholarship for summer 2025 if they received it for both fall 2024 and spring 2025, as each student may only receive the scholarship twice per academic year.
Fall applications are due by June 1.
Students eligible to receive the scholarship include dependent children of WVU and WVU Research Corporation benefits-eligible employees. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled as full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate students under the age of 26.
To ensure the ongoing application process is more secure, employees will be required to authenticate their identity by using their WVU login to access the application.
