Mindful Steps Part 2 begins next week

Mindful Steps 2

Led by a team of expert instructors, this six-week intermediate class will expand on the topics covered in the introductory Mindful Steps series from noon to 1 p.m. every Thursday from Jan. 23 to Feb. 27 on Zoom. 

Faculty, staff and students are invited to expand their knowledge by delving deeper into practices related to interoception, compassion, inner yoga, adaptability, gratitude and resilience. 

The focus of the six sessions will be on a deeper interconnection within ourselves, with the environment and with the world. 

Recordings of each session will be available on the Mindful Steps YouTube Channel.
