Holiday mindfulness workshop planned next month

Virtual mindfulness

Faculty, staff and students are invited to learn how to equip themselves with a toolbox of mindful techniques designed to help transition more gracefully into the winter months at 1 p.m. Dec. 5 on Zoom. 

Led by a team of expert instructors, this workshop will teach participants a balanced mindfulness routine consisting of mindful breathing and affirmations, meditation and yoga.
