Strengths-based staff leadership pod for new people leaders

New managers or people leaders who are looking to sharpen their supervisor skills are invited to take part in a three-part, virtual series beginning with the “Strengths-Based Leadership” session from noon to 1 p.m. Nov. 7 on Zoom. 

Participants will work with team members from the WVU Purpose Center and Leadership and Organizational Development to learn about their top five CliftonStrengths and how to leverage them as a leader.

“Needs of Followers” will be held Nov. 14 and “Strengths-Based Feedback” is set for Nov. 21. 

The pod is limited to the first 20 staff members who register. By registering, you are committing to attend all three sessions.
