The Women’s Resource Center is offering free reusable menstrual cups to promote sustainability and raise awareness about healthier, eco-friendly period care options.
Pick up a cup and learn more by visiting the information table from noon to 2 p.m. today (Oct. 22) in the Mountainlair Commons.
These medical-grade, silicone cups — typically valued at $30 — are a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional pads and tampons. Designed to be reusable, these cups help reduce waste, promote better health and provide long-lasting protection.
Information tables will also be held on Nov. 6 and 18.
Cups will be available through Nov. 19.
