Department of Forensic and Investigative Science to conduct overnight mock crime scene training

The University community and Morgantown residents may notice increased police presence and activity around the Chestnut Ridge Research Building beginning at 8 p.m. tonight (Oct. 9) and extending overnight for an outdoor mock crime scene training exercise. 

The mock exercise will present a visible presence of emergency vehicles, student and professional volunteers, and crime scene investigation tasks.

Set up will begin at 4:30 p.m. today (Oct. 9) with cleanup completed by 7:30 a.m. Thursday (Oct. 10).

The Chestnut Ridge Research Building is located at 886 Chestnut Ridge Road in Morgantown.
