SESA is a new student organization aimed at empowering students with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to lead the future of sustainable energy research, advocacy and innovation.
Shikha Sharma will serve as the faculty advisor.
The founding president is John Barton, a second-year doctoral student in the Department of Geology and Geography.
Student officers from five different colleges will come together to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and advance sustainable and diversified energy leadership and workforce development at WVU.
