The IT Help Center will be offline for approximately four hours between 8 p.m. Friday (Aug. 2) and 8 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 3) for system maintenance. The specific time will depend on the vendor.
During this planned outage, customers won’t be able to search the Knowledge Base for information or submit tickets for assistance.
You will still be able to call 304-293-4444 and leave a voicemail or email ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu to automatically create a ticket.
Emails will be delivered to the Service Desk once the upgrade is complete and addressed by the staff in the order received.
